Ann Montes
Owner
Ann Montes brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare technology and practice management software support, along with more than 15 years of expertise in medical billing and revenue cycle operations. She began her career in September 1998 as Service Manager at Tele Comm Computer Systems Inc., where she played a key leadership role in supporting medical practices through reliable and efficient remote technical support.
Since 2009, Ann has worked extensively in medical billing, specializing in claims management, reimbursement processes, payer compliance, and revenue cycle optimization. Her deep understanding of both clinical office workflows and back-end financial operations allows her to help practices improve efficiency, reduce denials, and strengthen overall financial performance.
Throughout her career, Ann has overseen service operations, ensured timely resolution of client issues, and built long-standing relationships with healthcare providers by maintaining exceptional standards of service, accuracy, and responsiveness. Her comprehensive knowledge of practice management systems and billing processes has enabled medical offices to operate smoothly and successfully for more than two decades.
Following the closure of Tele Comm Computer Systems Inc. in December 2024, Ann founded TCXMed Solutions, continuing the trusted services and expertise she provided for years. As Owner, she remains committed to delivering dependable remote support and billing solutions that empower medical practices to streamline operations, enhance revenue outcomes, and focus on delivering quality patient care.
Outside of her professional work, Ann values long-term commitment both personally and professionally. She has been married for over 26 years, reflecting the stability and dedication she brings to every client partnership. In her free time, she enjoys watching television and loves cooking, finding joy in creating meals and spending quality time at home.
Eduard Rodrigues
IT Support Technician
Eduard “Ed” Rodrigues is an experienced IT professional with over two decades of hands-on expertise in computer systems, server infrastructure, and network support.
He graduated from California Computer School in April 2002, earning his CompTIA A+ certification with training in computer hardware, software, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft Office systems.
In 2003, Ed began his career with Tele Comm Computer Systems, Inc., where he spent more than 20 years designing and building custom computer systems, installing and maintaining SQL Server environments, deploying server software, and creating and managing databases. He also led efforts to network remote offices, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity to centralized database systems.
Upon the closure of Tele Comm Computer Systems, Inc. in December 2024, Ed transitioned into his role at TCXmed Solutions LLC, contributing to the continued growth and technical foundation of the organization. As part of the company’s foundational team, he provides IT support, system maintenance, and infrastructure solutions that help drive operational efficiency and reliability.
With a strong background in systems architecture, database management, and network connectivity, Ed brings stability, technical precision, and decades of real-world experience to TCXmed Solutions LLC.
Dorian Clemente
Healthcare Technology Specialist
Dorian is a dedicated healthcare technology specialist at TCXMED Solutions LLC, bringing a strong foundation in medical billing and software support to every client engagement. With specialized certification in medical billing completed in 2020, she launched her career in the healthcare revenue cycle space and has since built valuable expertise supporting healthcare providers.
She began her professional journey at Tele Comm Computer Systems, Inc where she assisted clients with billing inquiries and software support related to healthcare practice management systems. Her technical aptitude and deepening proficiency in the TCXMED medical billing and practice management platform quickly became apparent.
In early 2025, Dorian joined TCXMED Solutions LLC, a California-based healthcare IT company that develops and supports the TCXMED medical billing and practice management software. TCXMED Solutions is committed to delivering powerful, intuitive practice management technology designed to help physician practices operate efficiently, adopt paperless workflows, and improve revenue cycle performance. Built on modern Microsoft .NET and SQL Server technologies with seamless HL7 integration for interoperability, TCXMED integrates billing, scheduling, claims management, and reporting into one comprehensive system.
At TCXMED Solutions, Dorian leverages her billing certification and expanding IT proficiency to assist clients with a wide range of software, billing, and technical questions. She takes pride in empowering medical billers and practice staff with responsive support, practical solutions, and personalized guidance — contributing to TCXMED’s mission of helping practices streamline operations and enhance financial results.
Outside of work, Dorian enjoys spending time outdoors with her family — including hiking San Gorgonio Mountain — and pursues her passions for action sports, cooking, and baking with the same enthusiasm she brings to her professional role.
Sandra Ochoa
Medical Billing Specialist
Sandra Ochoa is a dedicated medical billing specialist at TCXMED Solutions LLC, where she plays a key role in supporting the company’s clients with accurate, efficient billing operations. TCXMED Solutions is known for providing intuitive medical billing and practice management support tailored to physician practices, helping streamline financial workflows and improve revenue capture.
Sandra began her medical billing career after graduating from United Education Institute in Riverside in 2017, where she earned her certification as a medical biller. Shortly after graduation, she joined Tele Comm Computer Systems, Inc., where she gained valuable hands-on experience managing billing processes, claims submission, payment posting, and payer follow-up.
When Tele Comm Computer Systems closed its doors in December 2024, Sandra transitioned seamlessly to TCXMED Solutions LLC, continuing her strong partnership with Ann Montes and further strengthening the company’s medical billing services. In her role, she applies her expertise to ensure precise billing workflows, support clients in financial operations, and contribute to optimized revenue cycles.
Outside of her professional life, Sandra cherishes her time with family and enjoys the peace of nature. She loves taking walks on the beach, watching a good movie, and simply being outdoors. Sandra values meaningful connections and quality time, whether with loved ones or in quiet reflection.
